Im grateful to have had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Evon today . She was very professional, extremely helpful and kind. She went above and beyond! I’m so glad that i finally made the switch! If you are missing the small town service of yesteryear, Charles Town Pharmacy is the place for you! A place where you’re not just a number! We are so fortunate to have this pharmacy in our area. What a wonderful, family run pharmacy. We have always used larger chain pharmacies but we will be making the switch permanently. The owner is knowledgeable, friendly and put our family at ease. She insisted that we reach out to her any time with questions or concerns, not just as a pharmacist but as a Mother. She is dedicated to providing a quality pharmacy in our town and it shows. I cannot recommend Charles Town Pharmacy enough.

This pharmacist/pharmacy is amazing! I just moved here from out of state and I’m used to dealing with a major chain pharmacy. I’m so grateful I found Evon! She is kind and hugely helpful! I transferred all my scripts to her (I have a LOT) and she was even able to get a medicine for me the big dawg couldn’t get. Oh and did I mention she found a coupon for my $1,300 medicine and I paid ZERO. Y’all. Call her!

Simply a great pharmacy. I can say my pharmacist, Yvon, knows me as a customer and client. She is friendly and stays on top of my prescription needs. Something you don't get in the large chain stores. No lines neither. Been with her now for 2-3 years.

Outstanding customer service! After over a week of back & forth with our old pharmacy, we tried Charles Town Pharmacy and will be changing all prescriptions to them from now on. We needed a medication for our infant daughter that we were told couldn't be sourced. One call to Charles Town Pharmacy and we had the medicine the next day! Staff was so friendly, knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to work with. They kept us informed of the status and gave us all the tools & information needed to properly administer the medication. Can't say enough good things about this pharmacy. Thank you!!!

I'm incredibly relieved and happy that I finally switched pharmacies. For 30 years, I felt poorly treated at CVS, but now, thanks to Yvonne, my pharmacy experience is completely different. It's truly nice to walk in and be greeted by her smiling face and know that someone is actually happy to assist, not just treating you as a burden. Support local!

I cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy. They truly embody that small-town, community-focused care that is so hard to find anymore. The staff took the time to help me, answer questions, and make sure I was taken care of. You don’t feel rushed or overlooked—you feel valued. So thankful to have them right here in our community!

Wonderful service, informative, and friendly. In rare form I was not on hold long but they have the best hold music so I would not have minded a longer wait to ask about a medication I was moving from another pharmacy. Support Independently owned & operated Pharmacy! Never using corporate monopoly Pharmacy again!

The best small town pharmacy. Been using for over a year since we moved here and continue to be impressed with the service. The pharmacist goes out of her way to help and unlike the national chains she recognizes her clients by name, she takes phone calls immediately or calls you back asap and you won’t have to speak to a robot first or leave multiple voicemails for a call back. 10/10 stars.

Filled a very difficult to find medication for me, zero wait! I was expecting to have to wait a week at least (before I could find it, let alone have it filled), so this was astounding. Was in and out in 5 minutes! Very nice helpful people, in a very clean, well-maintained store. Night and day difference compared to the national chains, at the same price! Highly recommend!
